I've been sick for the past two weeks. I went with Montana to Frenchtown on Thursday, and upon returning contracted some new illness that I hadn't have prior. Getting work done on time has become more difficult, and I have missed way too many classes; though I still feel sleep-deprived.
The library is still getting in orders from when I told them to order more books about wicca. So far, they have bought:
- Witchcraft Today, by Gerald Gardner
- Aradia, by Charles Leland
- Wicca, A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner, by Scott Cunningham
- Drawing Down the Moon, by Margot Adler
- Modern Magick, by someone
- Wicca, by Vivanne Crowley
- To Ride a Silver Broomstick, by Silver RavenWolf
- Between the Worlds, an amazing compilation and the first book I ordered
- The Spiral Dance, by Starhawk
I also bought for myself
The Triumph of the Moon, by Ronald Hutton. His is certainly the most academic of the lot, and provides a great deal of insights into the development of contemporary witchcraft and paganism. That is the aspect I am most interested in at the moment.
