Seed Cheese, result; more Wicca


Here is the result of the aforementioned "seed cheese" experiment. It has a crumbly consistency similar to tempeh, and has a sour, cultured flavor. I can only compare it to sourdough bread starter, or even brine. If you have a surplus quantity of sprouted wheat at any point, I'd highly suggest trying to make it!

Currently I am spending most of my time reading about Paganism and Wicca. I have posted a few inquiries on alt.religion.wicca.moderated, and I am getting some very helpful input there. Amanda lent me her copy of Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cunningham, which has thus far been an extremely helpful resource alongside Adler's book.
